This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LookLayer Studio and LookLayer Retail subscriptions from ABN 74 630 464 813, trading as LookLayer Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team at admin@looklayerstudio.com and we will help you.

After 30 days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the order date are considered case by case. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian consumer law.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current billing period. If you are within the 30-day window above, you can still request a refund as described.
