Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LookLayer Studio and LookLayer Retail platforms (“Services”), operated by LookLayer Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, embedding our widget, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into binding contracts to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• upload, generate or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or infringing;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform or other users’ accounts;
• misrepresent the origin of products, affiliate links, or retailer relationships;
• process photographs of individuals without their consent where consent is required by law.

3. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Solo subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Team and Retail plans are quoted and invoiced separately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian consumer law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Content and data

You retain ownership of the photographs, product information and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide the Services. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated outputs

AI try-on results are generated automatically and are provided for styling guidance only. We do not guarantee that every output will be accurate, realistic or suitable for a particular purpose. You should review outputs before sharing them with clients or shoppers.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if your payment fails and is not remedied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
